What I found unique was how he was able to integrate actual courtroom video in with his Mac-generated video to communicate his message. For the trial lawyers in this group, the point he makes cannot be overlooked. We are storytellers and as John DuFresne, a creative writing professor and literary novelist has pointed out, "The best story wins."
Because people learn differently teaching a jury involves using different techniques within the same trial. Computer presentations work well when they are seamless and not distracting (i.e. they work as soon as you turn them on). These presentations need to augment the story line and not take away from it.
