Happy Third Anniversary to MILO

It seems like just yesterday that Grant Griffiths and I were discussing the fact that there should be a "better" group for attorneys to discuss how to best use Macs in their practices.  From that discussion, the Macs In Law Offices (MILO) forum was born and it was founded on February 17, 2007.  Today, a mere three years later, MILO has 2,112 members and is widely regarded as the premier online forum for attorneys who want to maximize the use of Macs in their law practices.  If you are not yet a member, you can take advantage of this free resource by clicking HERE.

Ben, thanks for giving us such a useful resource. It was crucial to my successful switch to Mac, and it continues to provide helpful news, tips, and answers. I've started recommending it to my students and colleagues, especially now that the University of South Carolina School of Law has begun supporting student and faculty use of Macs (and is even purchasing iMacs for faculty who want them as their office computer). I'm sure I'm only one of thousands who sincerely appreciate what you have done by giving us MILO.

Thanks to MILO. The attorneys have given me advice on hardware, software & feedback on my website. Special thanks to MILO for giving me the courage to do more.

I mentioned MILO in the Weblinks in the February 2010 issue of the Texas Bar Journal. The Journal approached me to write a little on my favorite websites legal or non-legal. MILO was at the top of my list.
